Dr Ananda Kulatunga

Dr Ananda Kulatunga is a Financial Economist with competent expertism in finance and flow on effect of economic outcomes. Dr Kulatunga has vast experience in providing finance related consultancy in Australia and overseas for over twenty-five years. His consultancy and analyses go beyond numbers and forecast the economic impact of any financial investments that can be benefitted by all stakeholders. He has extensive knowledge in Sri Lankan machinery of government, public private partnerships (PPP), Build Operate and Own (BOO) and Build Operate and Transfer (BOT) and private sector investments and current investment opportunities in Sri Lanka. Dr Kulatunga also worked as a financier in Merchant Banking sector in Sri Lanka. Currently he is based in Canberra Australia. He is the Managing director of eXPLOREpLACES Pty Ltd the First Travel Platform of its kind and the Managing Partner of Tax & Accounting Services Australia.
Dr Kulatunga gained his PhD in Australia, Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Commerce (Special) Degree in Sri Lanka. He is also a Fellow Member of CPA Australia and Chartered Institute of Management – UK.

Dr Peter Rampling is an experienced financial consultant having presence in the USA, Canada, New Zealand, Europe and Australia. Dr Rampling’s key competencies are corporate governance, risk analysis and the advising of risk mitigation process. He is also a Business/performance analyst and expert in feasibility studies for new ventures. He is also the Managing Director of Rampling Consulting, Country Manager Australia and New Zealand of eXPLOREpLACES Pty Ltd the first ever Travel Platform of its kind and the lead tax consultant at Tax & Accounting Services of Australia.
Dr Rampling gained his doctoral degree in Accounting and Finance. His Master Degree is in Economics and the Bachelor Degree in Financial Administration. He completed all his higher studies in well reputed Australian universities.

Ratnapala is a Lawyer by profession practicing in the private Bar in Sri Lanka. His main interests are Civil litigation Cooperate agreements and Conveyancing. He is also a qualified Company Secretary.
He is a retired career diplomat with over thirty years experience serving for the government of Sri Lanka having worked in Asia, Australia, North and South Americas, Caribbean and Africa in different capacities representing Sri Lanka.

Tilak Wickremage is a commercially acute professional accountant, with 17 years’ executive experience of providing comprehensive high quality commercial finance, accounting support and treasury management in line with accounting standards as well as complying to statutory requirements. Tilak Wickremage has involved extensively in banking & finance industry evaluating investment appraisals and feasibility studies for commercial finances, also he provided advisory role in banking system implementation and development in relation to finance and operations. Tilak has over 25 years of experience in the profession.
Tilak Wickremage qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1996 and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, a member of the Certified Professional Managers Sri Lanka and a Member of the CPA Australia. Currently he is based in Melbourne Australia.
